Delivery Format

The SHAPE Career Accelerator™ is delivered virtually through live, interactive sessions over six months. Optional in-person kickoff, touch base, or closing sessions are available for enterprise cohorts.

Time Commitment

Participants should plan for approximately 2–3 hours per month, including assessments, one-on-one coaching, strategic planning sessions, and optional office hours.

  • Ideal cohort size: 4–8 participants per group for maximum interaction and impact
