Delivery Format

This is a one-time professional development session facilitated virtually by Dr. Candace Steele Flippin. It includes a pre-session EQ-i 2.0® Leadership Assessment, followed by a 2-hour private session.

  • EQ-i 360 Leadership Assessment allows for feedback from peers, managers, direct reports, and others (Additional Fee: $1,500 for virtual administration)

Time Commitment

Participants should plan for approximately 3–5 hours, including the goal setting meeting, assessment, strategic planning session, and follow-up review of materials.
