What to expect
The SHAPE Career Assessment® is administered at the start of coaching and revisited as part of a structured development process. Your coach will use your SHAPE profile to help you clarify goals, identify barriers, and create a tailored plan that supports meaningful progress.

• There are no right or wrong answers
• Answer based on your real experience at work, not how you think you should respond
Your SHAPE Career Assessment® results are designed to be reviewed with a SHAPE-certified coach. Your coach will help you interpret the insights, identify meaningful patterns, and apply them to your career and leadership goals.
